Interact with clients and internal teams to resolve issues with full responsibility.
Handle various production support roles (technical).
Define and deploy systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on various platforms.
Design, maintain and manage tools for automation of different operational processes.
Handle pre-production acceptance testing for quality assurance.
Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of production systems.
Manage provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and prolific cloud security solutions.
Execute scheduled tasks.
Document installation set-up and configuration.
Perform acceptance tests of the service in collaboration with the project manager.
Assist in other related activities and projects as necessary.
Work on complex and secure deployment projects.
Possess working experience on the basis of Agile methodology (must).
Domain should be Network\/Database application\/System architect
Good hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and managing complex architecture.
Experience in OpenShift and Ubuntu Linux implementations and administration.
Good understanding of Unix fundamentals, web protocols, storage, networking and load balancing.
Linux (Must): commands, scripting, troubleshooting, application server installation.
Working Knowledge of Containerization – Docker & Kubernetes deployment and configuration.
Working Knowledge of configuration tools – Ansible, Puppet.
Good knowledge of Build and Deployment strategy.
Knowledge of DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Jira.
Knowledge of application servers such as Apache, Tomcat and NGINX configuration and troubleshooting.
Availability outside Normal Working Hours for urgent matters
Ability to work on different shifts (A\/B\/C) and during the holidays is required
Additional Requirements:<\/strong>
Computer and Communication Engineer (CCE) or another degree in relevant discipline
6 – 8 years of experience in any of the following:
o Any Cloud management technology
o Managing Multiple projects and handling infra and Apps based on client requirement
o Good Knowledge in project pipeline and deployments. any additional experience in similar technologies is a plus
Must have experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Automation and Linux
Advanced problem troubleshooting\/isolation
Great communication skills
Good in Handling multiple teams
Systematic and Process oriented
Must be proactive and independent to solve issues<\/p>\n
