  Job Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Responsible for building a rich sales pipeline through cold calling, site visiting, creating market intelligence, leveraging existing data, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Meet and exceed targets & goals as set by the company and ensure customer retaining through timely follow-up and visits.<\/li>\n
  • Directly manage and sell to customers through coordinating with the pricing team and initiate formal Offers that secure the corporate margins.<\/li>\n
  • Promote and market the company\u2019s services in line with the marketing strategy and commercial procedures to reflect the desired image and comply with the business scope<\/li>\n
  • Act as the main liaison between Customers and KL to ensure an aligned commercial approach and act as a focal point for selling for ALL KL services and solutions<\/li>\n
  • Establish strong Customer focus by data development, monitoring and review of existing customers, lost customers, potential customers.<\/li>\n
  • Review and issue Sales Offers, Contracts & Tenders while ensuring high quality of response to customers for requests and business growth through increased wallet share.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain records of all commercial data using assigned software and CRM and use the corporate systems and processes to comply with KL requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure good Corporate governance and adherence to Group Code of Conduct for all activities<\/li>\n
  • Any other responsibilities that are agreed from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Reports to<\/strong>: Commercial Manager \u2013 Kanoo Logistics \u2013 UAE<\/p>\n

    Job Requirements & Candidate Specifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • At least 5 years of prior work experienc<\/strong>e, in a similar role with a s<\/strong>izeable Logistics\/Freight Forwarding company in Abu Dhabi would be preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Expert knowledge in the logistics\/ freight forwarding industry <\/strong>\u2013 sea frieght<\/strong> & air frieght<\/strong> is highly desirable.<\/li>\n
    • A minimum of a University Graduate level and\/ or, MBA relevant to logistics\/ freight forwarding would be of an added value.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of the assigned geographical market trends and industry specifics, as well as \u2013 customer needs and behavior.<\/li>\n
    • Holding a valid UAE driver\u2019s license. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Good MS office knowledge, specifically, MS Word & Excel.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills in English, an Arabic speaker would be preferred<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
