Summary
As an Assistant Pastry Chef your will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the pastry kitchen department, including providing leadership and training in the creation and production of food products increasing productivity and quality standards, ensuring proper food handling practices and providing ongoing direction and supervision to all the pastry staff.
You will also ensure the Bakery and Pastry products in all outlets meet the established standards and specifications and contribute to the profitability in accordance with the standards of the hotel.
Qualifications
A potential candidate will ideally have: <\/p>\n

• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others<\/li>\n
• Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions in a fast paced, high pressure enviroment<\/li>\n
