Job Purpose
Support the Sales and Business Development area in its efforts to promote the various products and services of DNATA Agencies. To independently maintain and update centralised client Database.
Job Outline:
– Provide administrative support and assistance to the unit. Also independently handle the back office functions relating to marketing activities such as updating the distribution list of direct mailers, maintain updated files etc.
– Provide product mapping updates of inventory list by coordinating with both customer and Business Development Manager
– Identify opportunities of optimization of client performance with cross-verification of their product portfolio with internal one.
– Regularly communicating with distribution platforms to ensure product mapping is up to date.
– Verify and check errors of product availability, liaising with contracting teams to ensure maximum amount of product is on sale for customer base.
– Ensure that the correct distribution rules are applied to suppliers and that these are available to customer base.
– Provide support to Business Development Manager in benchmark analysis received from customer, and in turn brief
– Coordinating Product & Offer briefing between sales and contracting areas.
– Communicating new product to customers and coordinating product related marketing actions and communications to both internal and external stakeholders
– Coordinating and application of incentive accruals into the system.
Qualifications & Experience
Commercial\/Sales.Other : 3+ Years
12 Years schooling or equivalent
Knowledge\/skills Knowledge of MS Office application and effective communication skills with staff, customers and principles. Other languages besides English: 1. Arabic written\/spoken
