A RecreationCoordinator is responsible for ensuring the guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel's Recreational facilities, including the Pool and Spa area.
What will I be doing
As a RecreationCoordinator, you will be responsible for greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. <\/p>\n

• Assist guests their needs related to the pool \/ beach area<\/li>\n
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner<\/li>\n
• Confirm guest registration prior to issuing resort property<\/li>\n
• Monitor product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property<\/li>\n
• Able to work outdoors and indoors<\/li>\n
• Respond to e-mails<\/li>\n
• Organize departmenal filing, record-keeping, memberships, and administrative support as required<\/li>\n
• Cashiering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required<\/li>\n
  • Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance<\/li>\n
  • English language skills<\/li>\n
  • Intermediate computer knowledge<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: <\/p>\n

    • Previous customer service experience<\/li>\n
    • Cashiering skills or previous experience<\/li>\n
    • Previous administrative experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
