GROUP ACCOUNTING: Implement the Group accounting hub in Tunis\n
\n
Define Group chart of accounts and accounting processes (IFRS norms)<\/li>\n
Recruit, train and supervise junior accounting team<\/li>\n
Prepare monthly Group consolidated financial statements<\/li>\n
Prepare monthly local GAAP financial statements for all subsidiaries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
AUDIT: Liaise with external auditors (Group and subsidiary level)<\/li>\n
TAX: Liaise with Group and subsidiary tax advisors for regular tax returns production<\/li>\n
TAX: Protect the company from various tax risks<\/li>\n
REPORTING: Produce the various reporting required by authorities, investors, and partners<\/li>\n
COMPLIANCE: Maintain compliance across the Group<\/li>\n
OTHERS: Other tasks and responsibilities could possibly be linked to the position according to the needs and growth of the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n

You are at least a postgraduate (Bac+5) with a master in Accounting<\/li>\n
You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an accountant or working in an external audit firm<\/li>\n
An experience in a multinational company is a plus<\/li>\n
Comfortable with French and English languages (written and spoken)<\/li>\n
Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n
Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages<\/li>\n
Ability to perform all tasks in a confidential manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
