Handle customers\u2019 interactions<\/p>\n

Communicate with customers\u2019 via multiple channels<\/p>\n

Answer all incoming requests and address customers\u2019 problems in a timely manner<\/p>\n

Log all necessary interaction details as instructed<\/p>\n

Re-direct requests as per the set processes and take full information as required<\/p>\n

Follow company procedures when handling incoming and outgoing interactions with the ability to resolve and close issues<\/p>\n

Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed
The minimum requirements for this position are;<\/p>\n

Candidate must be fluent in
English
(
minimum level B2
) and Arabic<\/p>\n

Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening skills) in both languages<\/p>\n

Ability to work alternating shifts; weekends and holidays based on business needs<\/p>\n

Advanced customer service skills<\/p>\n
