CONTEXT<\/p>\n

M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res is a private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res is seeking a Housekeeper for its guesthouse in Amman.<\/p>\n

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

Under the supervision of the Country Office Manager and in close collaboration with the housekeeping team:<\/p>\n

\n
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and other rooms in MSF houses.<\/li>\n
• Do the laundry iron clothes and other housekeeping activities.<\/li>\n
• Support the cook (washing up, cleaning the kitchen, etc.).<\/li>\n
• Sweep and mop the floors.<\/li>\n
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) as required.<\/li>\n
• Upon arrival, prepare hot water for tea\/coffee and refill drinking water.<\/li>\n
• Check that the toilets are well stocked with paper, soap and condoms.<\/li>\n
• Check that the water supply (kitchen, showers, etc.) is sufficient during water cuts.<\/li>\n
• Keep premises properly locked (doors, windows).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  PROFILE<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Primary education<\/li>\n
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in humanitarian aid is required.<\/li>\n
  • Eligible to work in the Jordan and if will ever need sponsorship to work in Jordan he\/she should be sponsored by organization or company.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in similar roles experience with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) is preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Essential, mission working language and local languages (English and Arabic).<\/li>\n
  • Commitment, Flexibility ,Stress Management, Teamwork ,Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    WORK LOCATION<\/strong>: Amman \u2013 Jordan<\/p>\n

    CONTRACT<\/strong>: Fixed term contract \u2013 Full Time \u2013 12 months renewable<\/p>\n
