Optimize safety, quality, production, and cost objectives through employee involvement and team building approach to problem solving.<\/p>\n \u2022 Communicate production schedules and schedule changes to appropriate departments.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensures that Supervisory responsibilities are in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.<\/p>\n \u2022 Direct the planning and implementation of key initiatives to improve bottling operations.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure all monthly safety and food safety audits are completed on time, all corrective action items are completed, and all bottling workers understand the goals.<\/p>\n \u2022 Review all production paperwork and ensure all paperwork is filled out accurately and completely.<\/p>\n \u2022 Assist other departments on material quality, package quality, and other production related issues.<\/p>\n \u2022 Work with management staff on safety issues, employee concerns, productivity, and quality.<\/p>\n \u2022 Understand inventory management system and shipping.<\/p>\n \u2022 Participate in ongoing training as suggested by Management.<\/p>\n Qualifications and Experience Required<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \u2022 Minimum HND or Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Science or Engineering.<\/p>\n \u2022 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/p>\n \u2022 In Unionized facilities: Union experience an asset.<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent organization skills.
