Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Collaborate with the marketing division to understand the short- and long-term marketing goals, and then create content strategies in line with those goals.<\/li>\n
• Producing content that will capture customers interest the most.<\/li>\n
• Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.<\/li>\n
• Verify that the content complies with copyright and data protection regulations.<\/li>\n
• Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.<\/li>\n
• Regularly update the website, social media, and content pages.<\/li>\n
• Raise awareness and interest among our target audiences and stakeholder groups, generating traffic for digital content engagement.<\/li>\n
• Monitor, analyses and report on the performance of digital channels\/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities.<\/li>\n
• Priorities and schedules function well, anticipating issues and modifying the use of time and resources as necessary.<\/li>\n
• Participate in, collaborate with, and manage the development, management, and implementation of the digital component of integrated marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/p>\n

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator or a similar role<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills as well as organizational skills<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels and Tiktok<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field<\/li>\n
  • Passion for content creation and beauty<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.<\/li>\n
  • Have a keen eye for quality and attention to detail as well as strong creative skills<\/li>\n
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with the ability to drive results yet work independently.<\/li>\n
  • Experience of video production, including filming, editing and delivering<\/li>\n
  • Experience of photography and creating\/editing images<\/li>\n
  • Ability to match up with fast paced work life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
