• Prepare the investment budget <\/li>\n
• Lead Maintenance Projects Conception<\/li>\n
• Ensure Projects Monitoring and coordination<\/li>\n
• Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts <\/li>\n
• Develop best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures <\/li>\n
• Ensure that all regular maintenance tasks are released in a time-efficient manner <\/li>\n
• Ensure the availability of needed spare parts in warehouse in sufficient quantities <\/li>\n
• Train and coach Leadership teams and local Lean Enterprise teams to establish a Continuous Improvement Culture<\/li>\n
• Steer existing processes and maintain a high level of performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  YOUR SKILLS <\/p>\n

  • Industrial, mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer<\/li>\n
  • Experience in Engineering, Maintenance within an FMCG<\/li>\n
  • Project Management skills<\/li>\n
