Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments. <\/p>\n

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates. <\/p>\n

Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. <\/p>\n

Present initial financing options based on customer needs. <\/p>\n

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. <\/p>\n

Participate in team and process development sessions \u2013 keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. <\/p>\n

Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications<\/p>\n

At least one previous role based in customer service experience <\/p>\n

Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve <\/p>\n

Prompt and courteous demeanor <\/p>\n

Positive and hardworking personality <\/p>\n

Strong computer skills <\/p>\n

Valid driver\u2019s license
