• Handles all foreign purchasing transactions from the placement of P.O. till the goods are received in the warehouse.<\/li>\n
• Follows up all daily correspondence with foreign suppliers.<\/li>\n
• Handles all the foreign suppliers' accounts.<\/li>\n
• Communicates with banks to follow up the suppliers\u2019 payments.<\/li>\n
• Follows up the documentation of each shipment and ensure their correctness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements: <\/p>\n

  • Should have at least 1-4 years experience in similar field.<\/li>\n
  • Perfect command of both written and spoken English.<\/li>\n
  • Basic computer skills like "MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, & email" & ability to learn the company internal system.<\/li>\n
  • Be able to act independently.<\/li>\n
  • Very Hard worker and able to deliver quality work for long hours.<\/li>\n
  • Highly responsible, proactive, precise, and well organized<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
