As a dynamic and energetic Team Leader Outlet you will assist the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager and Outlet Manager in managing the Food & Beverage operation ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and aligned with Hyatt's purpose. You achieve this through planning, organizing, directing and influencing the Food & Beverage team and operation. You provide and influence a personalized memorable experience in the outlets, by showing a genuine interest in the needs and preferences of the guest and delivering these in a confident manner.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills<\/li>\n
• Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Micros<\/li>\n
• Good trainer with an ablility to facilitate at all levels<\/li>\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements<\/li>\n
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards<\/li>\n
• A University Degree\/Diploma in Hospitality Management specialising in Food and Beverage Management is desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
