Charterhouse is working exclusively with a prestigious luxury brand who are looking to hire an experienced Store Manager, to manage their boutique in Bahrain.
About the role<\/strong>
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become a part of a globally recognized luxury brand with a constantly growing presence across the Middle East. You will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the team and boutique in order to reach and exceed all targets and KPIs. You will conduct marketing and promotional activities to maximise profits and drive the store and the brand to succession.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In addition, you will maintain the product knowledge and awareness of market trends at all times. You will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage. Furthermore, you will work in line with the Retail Director and provide necessary monthly reports and feedbacks.
About you<\/strong>
Our client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership, team development and operational skills. You should have minimum 2 years\u2019 managerial experience, working for an international high-end brand.<\/p>\n

The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for the industry and strong business development and relationship building skills. Fluency in English is essential.<\/p>\n
