Responsible for the collection of outstanding balances, handling the collection process through interviewing\/ telephone communication, explaining Umniah policies and legal regulations to customers to ensure the collection of due balances on time, in addition to following -up on legal actions for inactive accounts if needed. <\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\n
Collect outstanding active and inactive balances (large, strategic, and government accounts) on a timely manner through interviewing\/ telephone communication, set up repayment schedules, and explain Umniah policies and legal regulations to customers <\/li>\n
Obtain and verify information related to debtor's employment, earnings, property, credit, bank accounts, assets, liabilities and similar information<\/li>\n
Prepare the needed documents for the customers\/ courts when needed<\/li>\n
Maintain up-to-date records <\/li>\n
Use skip-tracing techniques, including communications with various agencies and the public, to obtain information to locate debtors<\/li>\n
Prepare the assigned inactive accounts\u2019 information for legal enforcement, including developing case summaries, obtaining evidence and consulting with attorneys, claim adjusters, other county departments and outside agencies<\/li>\n
Testify in courts when needed<\/li>\n
Follow-up on the legal agencies to ensure proper collection process is being applied<\/li>\n
Prepare statement of account report for active and inactive accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
