About the Role<\/strong>
Handle Business Development & Alliances Onboarding for GMG's Healthcare Brands.
Core Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• This is a field intensive role where you onboard partners and helps them engage with their audience<\/li>\n
• Hunt for new business targeting the Healthcare, Beauty & Fitness, Leisure, Entertainment, Recreation, Retail and E-commerce industries<\/li>\n
• Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing\/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking, and troubleshooting<\/li>\n
• Efficiently solve problems and make smart decisions using data.<\/li>\n
• Take up ownership for accomplishing new and different requests exploring opportunities to add value to our customers and partners.<\/li>\n
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the users and partners needs and objectives.<\/li>\n
• Engage with partners through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.<\/li>\n
• Communicate and sell new products and initiatives to the merchant base<\/li>\n
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including daily activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to KPIs<\/li>\n
• Monitor market and keep a close tab on competitor activities<\/li>\n
• Efficiently solve problems and make smart decisions to ensure supply is our competitive advantage<\/li>\n
• Establishing long-term partnerships with our merchants post the commercial agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent professional experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n
    • 4+ years of local B2B sales experience in Health, Internet, Retail, or FMCG industries<\/li>\n
    • You should be familiar with the business environment and trends<\/li>\n
    • You should have a car and know Dubai territory in and out as we spend a lot of time on the road<\/li>\n
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint<\/li>\n
    • You should be fluent in English Arabic language is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Understands how the sales ecosystem functions, is strong-willed and persuasive<\/li>\n
    • Should be presentable, articulate, detail-oriented and is able to multitask<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrates the ability to function independently and is comfortable with unpredictable work hours<\/li>\n
    • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
