This role works closely with the hotel General Managers and the Leadership Committee team to work out human capital strategy plans build up effective performance evaluation systems, recognition programs and talent development methods to form a high performance team to achieve hotel business targets and improve employer brand.<\/p>\n What will I be doing?<\/p>\n As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<\/p>\n \u2022 Establish HR strategy plans and lead the HR team to achieve HR objectives based on the hotel\u2019s annual strategy plan.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure that the department\u2019s activities are aligned with the corporate HR strategy, and that the hotel\u2018s actions have been implemented where appropriate.<\/p>\n \u2022 Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to all personnel-related policies and procedures.<\/p>\n \u2022 Work with the Leadership Committee team to establish and review hotel rules and regulations, being responsible for the related trainings, communication and execution.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure effective performance evaluation systems and recognition programs in place that encourage team members to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.<\/p>\n \u2022 Fully in charge of all HR functions\u2019 and departments\u2019 daily operations and team management.<\/p>\n \u2022 Responsible for HR team member trainings and development, ensure that they work under the guidance of proper procedures.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure that HR personnel provide the appropriate level of professionalism, courtesy and care to other team members (internal guests) and other visitors to the division.<\/p>\n \u2022 Assist and coach department heads to improve leadership skills in the department\u2019s team management.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure that team members follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations.<\/p>\n \u2022 Assist the department to manage team members, maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, adhering to hotel and department grooming standards.<\/p>\n \u2022 Oversee the hotel\u2019s recruitment and selection process, providing department managers with effective and efficient recruitment solutions.<\/p>\n \u2022 Look for creative cooperation methods with different talent service channels to improve recruitment effectiveness and enhance hotel brand image.<\/p>\n \u2022 Work with the Operations department to maximize labor work efficiency, and control labor costs.<\/p>\n \u2022 Guide Learning & Development personnel to enhance training systems in the hotel, assisting to develop training skills of qualified department trainers and the managers.<\/p>\n \u2022 Periodically conduct talent reviews with managers and implement succession programs and high potential development plans.<\/p>\n \u2022 Cultivate hotel and brand culture, unifying team member behaviors, procedures and policies, influencing the team with positive feedback.<\/p>\n What other duties I should do related to the HRMS?<\/p>\n What are we looking for?<\/p>\n A Human Resources Manager serving Grand Hyatt Amman<\/strong> is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
