Job Description<\/h2>\n

\tDirect and manage complete digital & Enterprise projects lifecycle.
Support all project lifecycle including planning, information architecture, wireframes, design, development, knowledge transfer and ongoing support
Understand client's requirements and brief planning and design team
Propose and discuss the high level technical solution & also Identify new requirements and prepare CRs
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Support field sales and technical sales teams in closing opportunities and driving penetration and revenue growth.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Understand Project requirements and identify technical solution
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Determine and assess the need for additional staff and\/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project lifecycle
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Manage the delivery of projects and services for clients and Provide technical and non-technical support and consultation
Take responsibility for implementing a knowledge database that enables continuous improvement and progress
Manage the design, installation, commissioning, programming, and servicing of the technologies represented by the team and Provide pre-sales support, operational service, consulting support, and resources whenever required
Achieve the needed acceptance for each Milestone, Documenting the MOM and get it approved by the stakeholders and conduct project orientation between involved parties
Work closely to other departments to achieve the common strategy and success of projects and Provide technical support for projects with line manager
Define and set the scope of work and create work plans and get it approved by head of departments<\/p>\n
