Job Purpose:-
The Customer Service Representative is a key role in Gulf Bank%27s strategic aim to become the most customer focused bank in the region. As a brand ambassador for the bank you will be instrumental in providing best-in-class customer service and transaction support to customers.

Accountabilities:-<\/p>\n

• Banking Transactions:<\/li>\n
  \n
  • Process cash transactions after verifying signatures, dates, numerical amounts, account funds & ID checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
  • Mail, Telex & ATMCards:<\/li>\n
    \n
    • Receive returned cheques, new ATM cards etc. sort, make required entries and advise parties accordingly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    • Communication:<\/li>\n
      \n
      • Send, receive and file telex confirmations and ensure transfers are properly processed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      • Customers Enquiries:<\/li>\n
        \n
        • Respond to all customer enquiries and requirements in a proactive and professional manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        • Customer service:<\/li>\n
          \n
          • Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goalswith every customer contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          • Customer Records:<\/li>\n
            \n
            • Create, update and maintain relevant customer records ensuring that data is recorded appropriately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            • Corporate Governance & Compliance:Work fully within:<\/li>\n
              \n
              • risk policies and procedures<\/li>\n
              • all compliance regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Education \/ Qualifications<\/li>\n
                • _Bachelor as degree \/ Equivalent Qualification_<\/li>\n
                • Knowledge:<\/li>\n
                  \n
                  • Knowledge of Consumer Banking Products & Services (training provided)<\/li>\n
                  • Good understanding of customer needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  • Experience:<\/li>\n
                    \n
                    • 0 _ 2 years experience in a customer facing role_<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    • Generic & Specific Skills:<\/li>\n
                      \n
                      • Excellent Communication Skills<\/li>\n
                      • Bilingual in Arabic and English<\/li>\n
                      • Computer literacy (MS Office & BEAM)<\/li>\n
