Job Description
MAIN TASKS:

Implementing and supervising QMP at the workplace and stores.
\u00b7
Conducting training and awareness program on quality aspects.
\u00b7
Preparation of ITP and method statement for Manager review and Engineer approval.
\u00b7
Preparing and completing inspection and testing requirement as per approved ITP and obtaining approval from Engineer.
\u00b7
Conducting inspection at varies stage and report to Manager.
\u00b7
Participating in Audits and preparing report for Manager review.
\u00b7
Maintaining calibration list with valid calibration certificates.
\u00b7
Monitoring and supervising at site to ensure compliance of QMP and QCS 2014.
\u00b7
Coordinate with third party inspection and testing agency and perform inspection and testing as per approved ITP.
\u00b7
Preparation of monthly quality report for Manager review.
\u00b7
Conducting supplier and subcontractor facility audit and submit report to Manager.
\u00b7
Authorized to generate NCR for identified noncompliance and report to Manager.
\u00b7
Reporting incidents that present or have the potential to represent a loss to the organization. These include occupational injuries \/ illness, security, environmental incidents and product and severe non-conformances, to prevent reoccurrences.
Skills
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n

Required Experience:
10 years experience as QA\/QC Engineer
years experience in Sewage Treatment Plant

Education: Engineering Degree
\u00b7
Others: UPDA-registered \/ or to obtain this year 2022
LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATE OR EQUIVALENT IS AN ADVANTAGE

Proficient in various computer software and Office 365 and good ability to prepare reports.<\/p>\n

Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills.<\/p>\n

Have strong team building, decision-making, and management.<\/p>\n

Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
