Job Purpose
The Retail Banking Technology lead will be responsible for planning and implementation of System changes related to Retail Core ,Branch Front end ,Cards and Satellite applications .This includes overseeing all system development activities related to CR's ,L3 support issues and play role for Technical Project Manager for Strategic Projects
Job Accountabilities
System ,Vendor and Business Management <\/p>\n

\n
• Lead the technical team to manage delivery of CR's and Strategic Projects related to Retail Core Banking applications such as Retail Core ,Branch front end and all Retail Satellite applications <\/li>\n
• Support Business Team to understand and prioritize their requirements, explore and explain alternative options and translate them into technical specifications <\/li>\n
• L3- Production System Support – assign the L3 issues to the team and ability engage himself for code debugging \/vendor co-ordination to address L3 issues <\/li>\n
• Manage SIT and UAT in-coordination with Business <\/li>\n
• Direct involvement in preparation of BRD ,Impact assessment and system design and overseeing the entire SDLC cycle of any change requests <\/li>\n
• Co-ordination & follow up with the vendor . Support BTH on budgeting and IT strategy building <\/li>\n
• Engagement in Core Banking Transformation Project <\/li>\n
• Conduct internal training within the team and new resource to share the knowledge about the systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Education & Qualification
  Bachelor&rsquos degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
  Knowledge
  Good knowledge of existing core banking programs (B@NCS) MF COBOL and MF COBOL Animator and ability to research and grasp new technology. Should be able to develop, debug and support MF COBOL programs, UNIX
  Experience
  10 years in IT and 3+ of similar experience
  Domain Exp : Experience in working with any Retail Core Banking Tier -1 Product .
  Sound techno-functional knowledge of retail banking concepts and how they lend to system design and operation <\/p>\n
