General Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
Implement NRC\u2019s HR systems and procedures at the national level. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Ensure adherence to Employment Guidelines and other NRC policies. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Ensure compliance with the local labor law within Jordan. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Regular HR analysis and reports. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Personnel management of the HR team at country office. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Training, support, control and development of HR teams in all offices, and support and training of <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
all staff with HR responsibilities\/ personnel management. <\/p>\n
Ensure safe and standardized filing of personnel documents in all offices. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Implementation of the Global Standards and initiatives at the Jordan Country Office <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Contribute to the Country Organization\u2019s strategy and the Plan of Action by providing input and initiatives and follow up on completion and roll out <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Contribute to the development of NRC Country Office Learning and Development strategy for NRC Jordan staff <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Capacity building for HR team on new HR Coordinators & Technical Officers <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Support and guidance to the international staff <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Professional Competencies <\/p>\n
Minimum 3 years of experience from working as a senior HR Manager in a humanitarian\/recovery <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Experience from working in complex contexts. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Documented results related to the position\u2019s responsibilities <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Knowledge about own leadership skills\/profile <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
