Primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of fixed telecommunication devices (CPE\u2019s, Routers & Smart Home) including ICT products\/applications\/solutions and telecommunications fixed products.<\/p>\n

• Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.<\/li>\n
• Assists the Sales Account Manager in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed BOQ according to the customer requirements. <\/li>\n
• Upselling and cross selling of CPE\u2019s, router, Smart Home Solutions and ICT products [TD1] <\/li>\n
• Create Detailed design and implementation specifications against the customer requirements .<\/li>\n
• Adapt and customize presentations to the requirements of a particular opportunity<\/li>\n
• Coordination with vendor and distributor to maintain the product partnerships <\/li>\n
• Provide product training to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable .<\/li>\n
• Acquisition and understanding of new products and conduct the training with end customers for up sells .<\/li>\n
• Acquire additional certifications to upgrade the product partnership <\/li>\n
• Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects<\/li>\n
• Proven ability to demonstrate ICT solutions including fixed telco products and execute successful proof of concept plans<\/li>\n
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels.<\/li>\n
  • Numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent project management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on approach, with a \u2018can-do\u2019 attitude.<\/li>\n
