We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution, and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor level in engineering (IT, Telecom) or 3-5 years\u2019 SSCM experience in troubleshooting and fixing production issues<\/li>\n
  • Detailed issue tracking<\/li>\n
  • Health Check<\/li>\n
  • Check integration issues<\/li>\n
  • Hardware and software interoperability<\/li>\n
  • Fallout order Recon<\/li>\n
  • Simulation <\/li>\n
  • Systems Monitoring<\/li>\n
  • Migration execution<\/li>\n
  • Upgrade assistance<\/li>\n
  • Deployment activities<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge base entry<\/li>\n
  • Routing Tickets to level <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
