Charterhouse is undertaking a search for a Regional Facilities Management company, that offer its facilities management services to its government and private client portfolio across Qatar. They are actively looking to hire a Senior MEP Project Manager who will work closely with its educational\/university properties to execute the delivery of the MEP service contracts.<\/p>\n

About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This Senior MEP role will provide support to the operations department to develop, manage and deliver various projects safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality of the client management team. The role will manage the dedicated team, assuring compliance with the technical requirements and customer satisfaction, supervise the work carried out and drive KPIs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the management of MEP services and processes that support the core business of the organisation, delivering the service contracts and providing necessary support for the technical team, as and when required.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The role will oversee the implementation of the maintenance procedures, which are required to be followed in line with operating maintenance manuals, the planned systems and any other recommendations necessary. In addition, you will lead technical root cause investigations and elaborate comprehensive technical MEP and HVAC reports.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This Managerial role will coordinate and monitor the performance of the MEP team and participate in professional development, designing and supervising non-regular tasks, as well as reporting back to line managers and directors.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n About you<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The client will look to recruit a Senior MEP professional who can demonstrate a sustained track record for a minimum of 15 years in a similar Deputy\/Managerial position, for a regional or international Facilities Management company within the GCC region.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The successful candidate will have essential experience in MEP and HVAC systems, at the design specification and technical drawings stage.
