Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Accountable for day to day delivery of all project management tasks<\/li>\n
• Manage small to medium scale, ground-up projects including programming, design management, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management<\/li>\n
• Develop the Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project<\/li>\n
• Ensure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value to the client<\/li>\n
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical milestones to ensure progress of works on site to meet targets<\/li>\n
• Manage the works in accordance with approved plans\/drawings, contract specifications and authority requirements<\/li>\n
• Perform technicaldue diligenceand report to management<\/li>\n
• Administer contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance ofcontractors\/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
• Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting<\/li>\n
• Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects<\/li>\n
• Monitor and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program<\/li>\n
• Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor's design is done in compliance with the contract<\/li>\n

  Skills\/Experience: <\/p>\n

  \n
  • 5-7 years of related experience within construction, architecture or commercial real estate industry<\/li>\n
  • Degree Qualification is essential<\/li>\n
  • Experience in managing delivery of construction & fit-out projects in the region<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English<\/li>\n
  • CAD proficient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
