Working as aPerfumes Consultant you will beresponsible for achieving optimum sales and targets by ensuring a high levelof customer service and professional standards. You will also beresponsible for giving perfume advice to your clientsand guiding them through perfume and allergy routines with suitable products.
You will build and maintain customerrelationshipsin order to build strong loyalty<\/p>\n

\n
• Address customers queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services<\/li>\n
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs andmeeting or surpassing customers expectations<\/li>\n
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs<\/li>\n
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various Brands and products<\/li>\n
• Handle new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising<\/li>\n
• Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using fragrance knowledge<\/li>\n
• Push fragrance sales during events, promotions and launches<\/li>\n
• Track sell-out targets at store level<\/li>\n
• Generate daily sales reports<\/li>\n
• Connect with clients remotely to drive traffic to store or e-commerce platform (if applicable)<\/li>\n
• Participate in achieving incentives and track post launch sales at store level<\/li>\n
• Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines<\/li>\n
• Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves\/counters, at appropriate times<\/li>\n
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form<\/li>\n
• Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures<\/li>\n
• Maintain cleanliness in area of responsibility<\/li>\n
• Follow all company procedures in ordering, cash handling and other common practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
