• Ensuring accuracy of accounting data and transactions and finalization for monthly and annual closing.<\/li>\n
• Ensure that accurate bookkeeping is in place and that revenue and cost are booked in the correct time period.<\/li>\n
• Ensure that accruals and provisions are booked accordingly and calculated from time to time if the amount is still correct.<\/li>\n
• Timely and accurate execution of payments towards suppliers based on credit terms.<\/li>\n
• Performing account reconciliations and maintaining records at the end of every month.<\/li>\n
• Ensure the accuracy and booking of inventory balances and cost of goods sold.<\/li>\n
• Preparation of Fixed assets schedule and ensuring the accuracy of depreciation as per the assets\u2019 useful life.<\/li>\n
• Assisting the team for the audit of yearly financial statements and other statutory filings.<\/li>\n
• Produce internal financial reports in an accurate and timely manner for the daily work of the Finance Department.<\/li>\n
• Reconcile and check all accounts before end of month closing.<\/li>\n
• All of these procedures and documents are required to be on an accounting record file and to be stored on a regular basis.<\/li>\n
• Tracking of sales cash deposits in bank and collection.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring compliance and correct application of internal and external accounting standards and financial policies.<\/li>\n
