Responsible for delivering a friendly and efficient customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for Restaurant\u2019s customers, answering telephone calls, taking reservations and managing the efficient and timely seating of customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction and retain and attract new customers.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Provide excellent customer service to guests by Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses to maintain a tidy dining area.<\/li>\n
• Open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant and Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.<\/li>\n
• Welcome and greet Restaurant\u2019s guests and assist them to their tables ensuring guest\u2019s comfort.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining a professional, courteous attitude with the guests.<\/li>\n
• Provide guests with menus, inform them of their server\u2019s name and Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.<\/li>\n
• Maintain supplies and Clean menus.<\/li>\n
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.<\/li>\n
• Thanks guests as they leave and invite them to return and relay guest comments or suggestions to the manager on duty.<\/li>\n
• Respond to any questions about other Restaurant\u2019s functions and services in a kind and proper manner.<\/li>\n
• Adhered to the \u2018NCO\u2019 (Neat, Clean & Orderly) activities for hygiene purposes and efficient cleanliness.<\/li>\n
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate<\/li>\n
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.<\/li>\n
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.<\/li>\n
• Review supply expenses and communicate to F&B Operation and Store Managers.<\/li>\n
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
