Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Provides input to the Training Strategy and the development of specific training development plans<\/li>\n
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses<\/li>\n
• Cooperates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses and oversees the quality of delivered training sessions by external vendors<\/li>\n
• Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path<\/li>\n
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans<\/li>\n
• Develop or oversee the production of handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals<\/li>\n
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results<\/li>\n
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions<\/li>\n
• Deliver training courses<\/li>\n
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior<\/li>\n
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes<\/li>\n
• Manages the Performance Evaluation Process<\/li>\n
• Performs workload analysis<\/li>\n
• Review and update job descriptions<\/li>\n
• Review and update HR policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Conducts or assists other trainers in conducting instructor training workshops.<\/li>\n
• Presents training information to individuals or groups suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.<\/li>\n
• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Experience with talent management and succession planning<\/li>\n
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI<\/li>\n
  • Hospital training experience<\/li>\n
  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
