Job Description:<\/p>\n

– Put up advertisement in different job portals <\/p>\n

– Handling End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle.<\/p>\n

– Recruitment in junior, middle, senior level positions.<\/p>\n

– Sourcing relevant profiles form various recruiting channels like- job portals (Naukri, Moujan, Indeed,LinkedIn,Dubizzle, etc.), Internal Database and Employee referrals etc. as per the job specifications.<\/p>\n

– Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to assess Candidate's experience, interest towards the job, technical skills, qualifications, salary and notice period etc.<\/p>\n

– Negotiating with the candidates regarding the compensation package.<\/p>\n

– Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for Telephonic\/F2F Interview.<\/p>\n

– Line up candidates for walk-in interview.<\/p>\n

– Sending an interview call letter through e-mails.<\/p>\n

– Doing follow-ups calls about candidate availability for an interview.<\/p>\n

– Feedback taken from all the candidates after attending an interview.<\/p>\n

– Conduct Regular follow-ups with offered candidate until on-boarding.<\/p>\n

– Established and maintained professional relationship with the candidates.<\/p>\n

– Facilitate smooth on-boarding the candidates in the client place.<\/p>\n

– Maintaining the database of candidates.<\/p>\n

– Maintaining monthly reports and entire database and sending daily report to the senior management.<\/p>\n

– Effective in describing Job profile to the candidates.<\/p>\n

– Have a wide network of recruitment agencies\/agent<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

– 5 YEARS UAE EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n

– DEGREE ATTESTED IN UAE<\/p>\n

– Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role<\/p>\n

– Preferably North Indians Only and Pakistani<\/p>\n
