Job description:
. Greet, serve and offer assistance in a polite and friendly way to both purchasing and complaining customers to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in accordance with quality and customer service standards
. Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling and cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, follow up with customers requests through calls and whatsapp with company phones
. Fast learning skills to provide customers with high quality service on products
. Follow up on your individual target and ensure that they are always met
. Handle cash register, card machine, transactions with customers and POS system in a professional and accurate manner
. Arrange display, replenish stocks on the shop shelves and ensure the shop shelves are clean and tidy
. Being presentable at all times adhering to rules and standards of the company
Requirements:
. English and (Arabic or Russian) is a must
. Self motivated and eager to achieve targets
. Minimum 1 year of experience in competitive sales environment
. Highly flexible with transfers between branches and shifts
Attractive commission on the achievement of individual targets <\/p>\n
