The Managing Director will report to the shareholders and will work with the broader senior team and branch managers in different countries. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

– The development of strategies for growth<\/p>\n

– Cost-cutting in less profitable areas<\/p>\n

– Management of staff to ensure their potential is properly utilised and their time is used as effectively as possible<\/p>\n

The successful applicant will<\/p>\n

– Have a proven track record of leading a company to growth, ideally but not necessarily in the construction industry<\/p>\n

– Need to be experienced in dealing with internal and external conflict effectively<\/p>\n

– Provide a cover letter highlighting their relevant experience and skills<\/p>\n
