\u2022 Ensures the highest standards of maintenance, cleanliness and comfort in Team Members Accommodation and provide Team Members assistance and support on daily basis. \u2022 Airport Pick up and drop off for the new arrivals and leavers. \u2022 Arrangement of the accommodation for new team members arrivals room cleanliness, all items in place etc. with welcome pack items, welcome letter and check in formalities. \u2022 Handle and control the team members movements and shifting inside the accommodation. \u2022 Ensure the maintenance of the Accommodation: make sure all the facilities are operational and contact the suppliers for any repairing or replacement needed. \u2022 Ensure that all aspects of the accommodation meet hygiene and health and safety regulations. \u2022 Handle the TM's transportation with the suppliers according to the daily schedule \u2022 Follow up with the purchasing on pending items related to the TM's accommodation. \u2022 Initiate all the purchasing request for all shortage of the consumable items \/ maintenance items or any items need replacement. \u2022 Update all stores in the accommodation and ensure no shortage of needed items. \u2022 Prepare and maintain up to date Accommodation inventory lists for all the store items in the accommodation. \u2022 Accommodation Inspection \/ Spot Checks as per the decided schedule for all the team members villas to ensure safety and hygiene and that all the rules and regulations in the rooms are followed. \u2022 Ensure all comments related to TM's accommodation are responded to\/acted on within established time frames. \u2022 Maintain discipline and safe environment, in Accommodation – keep the peace, and act on any actual or potential violations of policies or law – report incidents in the accommodation to HR Manager.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS \u2022 Formal qualifications of min. Secondary level \u2022 Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience \u2022 Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint \u2022 Subject knowledge and local experience within a hotel human resources environment.<\/p>\n
