Purpose of Job:<\/strong>
To provide administration services and technical support for Planning & Materials Sections using MS Office, preferably SAP system including PM ( Plant Maintenance) and MM (Materials Management ) modules.
Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Follow up required materials under status AWMT work order for MESAIEED Operations.<\/li>\n
• Follow up and track the PR status and update the Materials engineer.<\/li>\n
• Maintain an electronic records and files for an important material and planning related data.<\/li>\n
• To provide full administration service for (Mesaieed Operations) Planning Section, maintain records and ensure an efficient flow of material related documentation.<\/li>\n
• Update materials status data and produce periodical reporting for material engineer & coordinator.<\/li>\n
• Assist material engineer & Planner for all kind of reporting including KP.<\/li>\n
• To report to QATARENERGY material engineer & coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Minimum Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Higher Secondary Education (12years) training courses computers and MS Office packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Minimum Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Proficiency in standard computer software\/typing.<\/li>\n
    • 5 years experience in similar capacity in Oil or Petrochemical Industry.<\/li>\n
    • The candidate shall be in a good physically fit condition. The candidate shall be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n
    • Works within established policies and procedure.<\/li>\n
    • Preferably SAP experience in PM& MM module.<\/li>\n
    • Able to analyse, extract data and produce reporting.<\/li>\n
    • Should be Holder of a Light Vehicle Driving License issued by Qatar Traffic dept. Defensive Driving training\/course attendance to be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
