Provision of PHC services:
– Preventive <\/p>\n
Medical checkup<\/p>\n
Family Planning Counseling<\/p>\n
Child growth monitoring and immunization status<\/p>\n
Health education provision and increase people awareness about their current health conditions and health promotion in general
– Curative <\/p>\n
Medical consultation including family, medical history and full physical examination<\/p>\n
Management of chronic conditions & NCDs patients.<\/p>\n
Management of Acute cases.<\/p>\n
Prescription of drugs according to national\/international standard treatment protocol
– Referral <\/p>\n
Referral to secondary and tertiary care as needed<\/p>\n
Referral to Basic Rapid Diagnostic test (clinic nurse)<\/p>\n
Referral to clinic obstetrician-gynecologist<\/p>\n
Referral to clinic health educator
Administrative:<\/p>\n
Fill patient clinical record file for each patient visit<\/p>\n
Prescribe drug on clinic prescription form<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Masters Degree in Family medicine or internist<\/p>\n
2 years\u2019 experience in Family medicine or internal medicine.<\/p>\n
Get Part one board in family medicine or internal medicine. <\/p>\n
MOH Licensing <\/p>\n
NGOs experience is preferred
