Our Client
A high growth luxury lifestyle experiences company have a newly created opportunity for a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join their team based in Riyadh, KSA.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Setting up planning strategies, executing demand and supply planning activities<\/li>\n
• Lead the planners in formulating comprehensive demand\/supply plan based on consumption, marketing and operation team inputs in coordination with the procurement and logistics team for proper supply planning.<\/li>\n
• Lead the S&OP strategic meetings to drive the planning discussion with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Review and maintain replenishment parameters in ERP & planning systems.<\/li>\n
• Define daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment plans for outlets, based on PAR level and replenishment parameters.<\/li>\n
• Participate in the S&OP strategic meeting to drive the planning discussion with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly efficient inventory levels and coverage in vendors inventory and Cool Inc inventory.<\/li>\n
• Ensure that material\/products scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets the requirements with minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs.<\/li>\n
• Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.<\/li>\n
• Support the Supply Chain Director in the planning process to ensure smooth operations and to drive efficiency.<\/li>\n
• Lead key S&OP meeting and serves as escalation point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • BSc Degree in supply chain, engineering or a relevant field.<\/li>\n
  • 10 years of experience in planning, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.<\/li>\n
  • Solid experience in data management using excel power query, Access, SQL.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting algorithms, proven track record of increasing forecast accuracy, setting safety stock and distribution plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
