What you will do<\/p>\n

• Follow the SOP pertaining to cash handling<\/li>\n
• Counting and recording the float before trading begins and upon close of trading<\/li>\n
• Responsible in dealing with the suppliers in terms of stationery<\/li>\n
• Ensuring and maintaining adequate stock of printed stationary at required stock level<\/li>\n
• Controlling Fraud<\/li>\n
• Keep track of invoices and LPO\u2019s make sure to settle<\/li>\n
• Follow-up with Advance Payments and Return Vouchers<\/li>\n
• Customer collection updation and posting<\/li>\n
• Ensure that visitors are well-attended<\/li>\n
• Assist in maintaining check-out counters clean and ready to receive customers during opening hours<\/li>\n
• Ensure to obtain customer feedback<\/li>\n
• Provide end to end shopping solutions by actively promoting IKEA services<\/li>\n
• Monitor Cashiers attendance<\/li>\n
• Able to create Sales Orders & Book Services in Navision<\/li>\n
• Assist visitors when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
