What you will do:<\/p>\n

Profit Financial<\/p>\n

• Supports selling plans to deliver sales budget<\/li>\n
• Carry out planogram and price change and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards<\/li>\n
• Monitor stock level & ensure regular replenishment of stocks<\/li>\n
• Conduct makes overs for customers<\/li>\n
• Ensures proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages and pilferages.<\/li>\n
• Monitors and updates report on product shelf life<\/li>\n
• Consolidates frequently asked products and recommends new SKUs to the Store Manager and submits to Program Lead.<\/li>\n
• Consolidates customer profile in relation to customer queries, concerns and submits to Store Manager.<\/li>\n
• Recommends category building activities (e.g. animations, hair and skin analysis, make over etc.)<\/li>\n
• Recommends relocation and meter reallocation of product display relevant to store customer profile and category performance analysis.<\/li>\n
• Provides information to customers on regimen building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Commercial <\/p>\n

  • Monitors and delivers 100% Brand Product availability<\/li>\n
  • Monitors replenishments of stocks and product housekeeping in the selling area.<\/li>\n
  • Cleans and Maintains make up applicators and tools.<\/li>\n
  • Ensures highlighting and cross-selling of EXCLUSIVE products on planograms and Off Shelf Displays related to product use.<\/li>\n
  • Does Appropriate hairstyling to complement make up.<\/li>\n
  • Checks proper implementation of promo call outs, hero display, price change etc.<\/li>\n
  • Attends to customers complaints with sincerity and understanding.<\/li>\n
  • Handle customer queries on beauty & skincare product knowledge and offer advise professionally aligned with the Brand of Service Standards.<\/li>\n
  • Follow through on customer\u2019s feedback and requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Process<\/p>\n

    • Aligns with Store Manager on submission of sales tracker<\/li>\n
    • Maintains adherence to planogram implementation.<\/li>\n
    • Ensures all products display in the selling area are in good condition and near expiry and damages products are pulled out from the selling area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Plans and monitors Personal Development Plans In role development interventions. <\/li>\n
      • Ensures timely submission of Performance Review<\/li>\n

        Education: Bachelor or master\u2019s degree would be a plus<\/p>\n
