Job Description
As a Security Supervisor, you will supervise the duties of the security guards providing safety and security for the property, Implement security programs and processes to reduce and control security risks, Delegate authority and assign responsibilities, and investigate incidents and\/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting. <\/p>\n
Implement the mall security SOPs, policies, health and safety, first aid, fire and emergency procedures. <\/p>\n
Work closely with the senior supervisors and Security Manager to develop plans, SOP\u2019s and procedures. <\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with mall security SOP\u2019s by staff including uniforms, punctuality, incident reports, etc. <\/p>\n
Be proactive, alert and patrol all sites, inside and outside the mall during the shift. <\/p>\n
Liaise closely with the control room to ensure shift processes are properly implemented. <\/p>\n
Brief\/debrief at beginning and end of shift and record the same. <\/p>\n
Inform and guide security guards at any incidents in the mall. <\/p>\n
Review reports of events on the previous shift and advise guards accordingly. <\/p>\n
Implement SOP documentation, such as and not limited to \u2013 incident reports, disciplinary reports, action reports, permits, etc. and pass on to Administration Assistant for further action\/circulation. <\/p>\n
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Skills<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in security services <\/p>\n
Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. <\/p>\n
Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional development of self and team <\/p>\n
n a supervisory position.
* Knowledge of mall security equipment such as CCTV, Fire alarm systems, Security alarm systems, access control systems, etc. Well versed in investigative techniques, procedures and requirements. Knowledge of local laws, law enforcement.
