Our client is a holding group and they are currently looking for an Operations Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews prepare and complete action plans implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards resolve problems complete audits identify trends<\/li>\n
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors<\/li>\n
• Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels<\/li>\n
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment<\/li>\n

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.<\/li>\n
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.<\/li>\n
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.<\/li>\n
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.<\/li>\n
• Work with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.<\/li>\n
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.<\/li>\n
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.<\/li>\n
• Support worker communication with the management team<\/li>\n
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way<\/li>\n
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices<\/li>\n
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency<\/li>\n
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives <\/li>\n
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs<\/li>\n
• Recruit, train and supervise staff<\/li>\n
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget<\/li>\n
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed<\/li>\n
• Communicate job expectations planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  • Candidate must have experience in managing an online store (e- commerce)<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management<\/li>\n
  • Outstanding organisational skills<\/li>\n
  • Bahraini national <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
