Description
You are the financial single point of contact – responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the financial performance of the Middle East region – which includes sales and plant activitiesYou steer the planning and forecast process for the region, in line with the requirements of the business unitBe a full-fledged business partner who drives and supports the decision-making process by identifying opportunities and short and long-term risksYou challenge existing processes to drive further efficiency and standardizationTaking ownership of the financial business cases. You coordinate the gathering of required financial information, challenge the received information, and synthesize the outcome of the financial business plan towards local and business unit management
Profile
Master's degree \/ Accounting qualification with 5 – 10 years relevant experience in senior controlling positionsGood English language skills (written and spoken)Strong IT knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)Works in an independent way, combines data crunching skills with high level of thinkingWorking in a structured approach, while being conscious of milestones and deadlines, acts accordingly, and approaches work in an efficient mannerStrong communication towards relevant stakeholders – peers and managementDemonstrates a "can-do" spirit, ownership, and commitment
