Key duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Participation as required in tenders, projects, FEED, and other work associated with bids and project activities.<\/li>\n
• Contribute to development and improvement of the Company and Project Approved Supplier List.<\/li>\n
• Participation in supplier review and selections.<\/li>\n
• Perform various Procurement activities including arranging Request for Quotation (RFQ) package for bid and PO\/Contract for purchases including variation requests.<\/li>\n
• Conduct bid opening, clarifications, commercial bid evaluation (CBE), and bid recommendation.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for the safe and complete delivery of equipment and services in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors to help develop new business opportunities for Company.<\/li>\n
• Provide input to Procurement reporting.<\/li>\n
• Assist Expeditor with resolution of non-conformances and OS& D\u2019s (Over, Short, & Damages).<\/li>\n
• Participation as required in tenders, projects, FEED, and other work associated with bids and project activities.<\/li>\n
• Contribute to development and improvement of the Company and Project Approved Supplier List.<\/li>\n
• Optimize purchase and deliver assigned packages at the lowest total cost<\/li>\n
• Arrange for site services where required.<\/li>\n
• Participate in mitigation and recovery efforts for assigned packages.<\/li>\n
• Assist in resolving late documentation deliverables and invoice questions and discrepancies with suppliers.<\/li>\n
• Participate in audits and review processes as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in purchasing & material management from an accredited institution is mandatory. <\/li>\n
  • Be proficient and have a thorough understanding in Purchasing and Material Management is desirable.<\/li>\n
  • At least 4 years of experience in purchasing & material management and offshore oil and gas related projects. <\/li>\n
  • Experienced working in FPSO projects in the areas of purchasing & material management and offshore oil and gas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
