• Prepare baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan. <\/li>\n
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. <\/li>\n
• Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports. <\/li>\n
• Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines. <\/li>\n
• Conduct regular project site inspections. <\/li>\n
• Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims. <\/li>\n
• Prepare Forensic Planning & Delay Analysis. <\/li>\n
• Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Required:<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor's in civil engineering<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 5 years experience in UAE based construction company<\/li>\n
  • Expert in Planning Software – Primavera<\/li>\n
  • Expert in Excel – Advanced level<\/li>\n
  • UAE Driving License required<\/li>\n
  • Must be available in UAE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
