Primary Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Supervision of well operations including drilling, completions, work overs, program logistics, etc. for multi-site, multi-rig programs.<\/li>\n
2. Management of shared services for multi-site, multi-rig programs.<\/li>\n
3. Supervision of multiple onsite and offsite support contractors.<\/li>\n
4. Implementation and stewardship of SHE Performance Improvement Programs.<\/li>\n
5. Incident investigations per Company standards, Identification of Root causes and remediation requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

   \n
   • Degree or Diploma in the related discipline or experience working in an offshore drilling supervisor role.<\/li>\n
   • Commitment to safe, environmentally sound well construction. Experience with hydrogen sulfide well designs and safety practices. Mandatory SHE training includes HUET, H2S level 2.<\/li>\n
   • Strong verbal and written skills in English.<\/li>\n
   • Able to communicate\/liaise with multi-national crews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
