Overview of the role<\/p>\n

We are looking to recruit an experienced Pro Technicians to join our Toyota and Lexus Team in Dubai. As a Pro Technician, you will identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment & Special Service Tools. You will perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles which involve diagnosis. Ensure the Fix it Right process is adhered, to eliminate Repeat Repair<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/p>\n

\n
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic repair work on vehicles<\/li>\n
• Manual skill & ability for performing technical and mechanical jobs.<\/li>\n
• Assist Technical Advisor in capturing data while creating the Repair Support Request and Branch Field Technical Reports submitted to the Aftersales Distributor Team for any escalations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required skills to be successful<\/p>\n

    • 2 to 3 years\u2019 experience as a Diagnostic Technician coming from a big automotive dealership doing diagnosis and general mechanic repairs<\/li>\n
    • Ability to use the diagnostic equipments & Special Service Tools to inspect Engine, Transmission, Brake, suspension A\/C electrical and hybrid system of the vehicles<\/li>\n
    • Automotive Diploma or Technical certification or ITI Mechanic Diploma<\/li>\n
    • Conversant in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
