The Retail Business Growth Analyst is primarily responsible for defining, developing, and activating market segment go-to-market strategy as part of the overall Sector Market Segment Execution plan. In addition to managing the ongoing alignment between the bank\u2019s products and services with the needs, trends, and preferences. This role works to the drive strategic and tactical deployment of business development programs and go-to-market initiatives. Also plays a key role in idea generation, project management, execution, and measurement of go-to-market programs and initiatives<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Works with internal and external research sources to maintain accurate market and market segment profiles to drive decision-making; commissions\/conducts primary research as needed.<\/p>\n

Conducts continuous market monitoring and impact analysis of needs, trends, compliance, and other key influencers; proactively recommends corrective action when appropriate.<\/p>\n

Works with counterparts in operations, compliance, and IT to maintain current awareness and understanding of capabilities, existing and emerging regulatory shifts, and performance benchmarks.<\/p>\n

Collaborates with branding\/communications and demand generation counterparts in the creation and facing campaigns; serves as a primary content and subject resource for thought leadership and demand generation efforts.<\/p>\n

Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the client.<\/p>\n

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analysis, finance, or related field.<\/p>\n

Advanced MS Excel skills and power BI (able to work with large data sets)<\/p>\n

0-3 years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n

Fluent written and spoken English<\/p>\n

Strong analytical skills<\/p>\n

Very good multitasking and organizational skills<\/p>\n

Able to handle a heavy workload under pressure with competing priorities<\/p>\n

Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments<\/p>\n

Must be process orientated and a logical thinker with good attention to detail.<\/p>\n

Exceptional coordination and follow-up skills; demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and performance objectives. <\/p>\n
