Description:
Candidate must be well-qualified and mandatory to have :
– BACHELOR'S DEGREE (accredited) in ACCOUNTING preferable professional certification.
– TRUE HIGH PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL.
– Minimum 3 years full-time experience in accounting positions (in addition to educational requirement) preferable experience in auto Industry.
Should be adept at applying principles of accounting and preparing financial reports and coordinating the implementation of accounting systems.
The individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
Essential responsibilities include :
. Prepares journal entries for entry into the general ledger system.
. Assists with the preparation of year-end closings. Prepares annual long-term and short-term financial statements in compliance with accounting guidelines. Assists in the preparation of working papers for annual audit.
. Assists with the preparation of annual budgets, updates, and strategic plans assigned areas. Coordinates preparation of monthly combining entries to combine financial results.
. Assists with the maintenance and application of internal controls.
. Assists management in other capacities as per requirements.
