We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.
As a Recreation Supervisor you are responsible to supervise the club\u2019s facilities and employees in the absence of the Assistant Recreation Manager and ensure that all health club area responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
\u2022 Daily briefing with Recreation Manager \/ Assistant Recreation Manager and employees
\u2022 Completely understand and enforce club\u2019s rules and regulations
\u2022 Update and develop SOP\u2019s for all work areas and ensure all employees are fully trained to perform their duties as per the standards
\u2022 Understand and be familiar with all the facilities, memberships and services provided
\u2022 Implement a daily \/ weekly \/ monthly cleaning and maintenance check list for all relevant employees and ensure it is acted upon
\u2022 Ensure the club is clean and tidy and the set up of the club is proper at all times
\u2022 Ensure all safety and cleaning standards are maintained throughout the daily operation
\u2022 Ensure that guest adhere to all club\u2019s rules and regulations
\u2022 Responsible for preparing the weekly duty roster<\/p>\n
